Wednesday, June 9th, 2021: Keto Day #2

Day #2! Here we go!! I started out the day drinking a keto-friendly whey protein powder called ISOPURE. Unfortunately, I could only get the unflavored version at the local supplement store. It looks like all of the chocolate and vanilla keto kinds are sold out- they must be good! Hopefully I can restock with those.

Then I cooked up 2 sunny-side eggs with a little oregano, thyme, and fresh rosemary over one slice of Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Yummy stuff!

For lunch I made a kale and spinach salad (HAPPY SALAD) massaged with olive oil and topped with cucumbers, avocado, and green bell peppers.

And for dinner: this was SOOOO DELICIOUS!! We had roasted sirloin steak, roasted veggies (broccoli and cauliflower) and cut up avocado. The broccoli was seasoned with a little salt while the cauliflower was seasoned with garlic powder, cumin, chili powder and curry powder--- AMAZING STUFF! I also downed dinner with a glass of iced green tea :)
