Thursday, June 10th, 2021: Keto Day #3

For lunch we decided to have some left overs from the night before. I massaged kale with olive oil and added spinach, chopped up some green bell peppers, and heated up the left over broccoli and cauliflower and the sirloin steak was cut up and placed on top :)

ALSO: We have received the 3 cookbooks from amazon this afternoon! I am super excited to read through the actual diet! So far we have been eating the right stuff, but not necessarily the correct portions (we are taking this easy for now and getting aquatinted with the food, ha!) But, I have to say, I really do love the food- I can eat avocados, meat and fish and a lot of kale and spinach, so I think this is going to work for me!
