Kale Chips!

So a friend of mine brought over two keto-friendly magazines and they actually have some really cool recipes in them. I decided to start small and try the kale chips (yeah, I know super simple!).
I modified the recipe from the magazine, but the basic idea is to massage the kale in oil (I used olive oil) and add some lemon and salt. Then bake in the oven. The nice thing is that we have already shredded kale from the store, so we can skip that step and go directly to the next step.
Ingredients:
2 cups kale
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 wedge lemon
1/4 tsp. sea salt

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Shred the 2 cups of kale into a bowl and add the olive oil, lemon, and the 1/4 tsp. sea salt.
Massage the ingredients with the oil with your hands. Once mixed, the kale can be transferred to a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the baking sheet in the oven for 12 minutes.
Take the chips out and enjoy!

The one thing I do not like about this recipe is that it does have a ton of carbs if you like eating kale chips (which I like!). So, if you are following the keto diet, measure out the size because the number of carbs may surprise you... (it definitely made me shed a tear!)
