Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts

This is a fat bomb, but, oh, so good for the keto diet!


All we did was take some bacon and wrap a few brussels sprouts in them and stick them in the oven... SOOOO good (and not a ton of calories!).


Ingredients:


1/2 bag of fresh brussels sprouts

2 tbsp. of olive oil

1/4 tsp. of salt

bacon (keto-friendly)



Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 420 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Cut the brussels sprouts in half and place in a mixing bowl.

  3. Add the olive oil and salt to the bowl and mix.

  4. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.

  5. Wrap the half sprouts with bacon and place on a baking sheet.

  6. Put the baking sheet in the oven for about 30 minutes (take out halfway through to turn the sprouts over).

  7. Enjoy!
